Elderly Grant

Rural Housing Services has a grant available to qualified elderly applicants that will make home repairs, replace roofs, build ramps, etc. to elderly applicants that can prove that they cannot afford a loan payment.  Applicants will be required to meet income requirements and provide proof of all monthly expenses.
