HELP Program

This program is designed to provide low interest loans with low monthly payments which are based upon gross monthly income for needed repairs to applicants homes (including single wide and double wide trailers).  Applicants must meet income requirements and own their property.  If real estate is located in a flood zone, then flood insurance will be required to be carried for the entire term of the loan.
