HOME Program

This program is designed to either purchase existing homes or build new homes for individuals or families with low to moderate income.  It features a zero interest rate, monthly payments based on gross monthly income, 20-year financing and payment credits.  Applicants must meet income and credit requirements.  There is a waiting list for the program.
