Rural Housing Services has a low interest loan available to qualified applicants that will make needed repairs/additions to their home.  Applicants must meet income requirements, own their property, and (if located in the flood zone) they must carry flood insurance for the term of the loan.

Home Purchase/Construction Loans

Rural Housing Services has a low interest loan available to qualified applicants that will purchase existing housing stock and make repairs or build new homes.  Applicants must meet income requirements and credit standards set by the program.  These are also available to first time Homebuyers.
